I've bought these before and this time my daughter's toothbrush molded the night after she used it and my son's toothbrush frayed after one use.The toothbrushes themselves are amazing. They are perfect for little hands and the bristles are just the right softness for tiny mouths while still cleaning their teeth. It comes with that great toothbrush holder as well which boasts a drain hole in the bottom so we don't have to worry about water pooling under the brush. And as if that wasn't enough, they have the BEST customer service. Amazon lost my original package. After going through the motions of them realizing it wasn't going to show up, getting my refund started and then actually getting the refund in my account, lots happened on Amazon. Almost all the items in my package suddenly had a price jump, and this gem of a toothbrush company sold out all their toddler toothbrushes. I was upset, so when the company asked if I was enjoying their product naturally I said NO. And explained why. This company LITERALLY sent me a toothbrush pack. Came a day later. Seriously. Over something that was Amazon's fault. Will buy again. And you should too.My son has sensitive teeth these are perfect for himI like its an ecofriendly toothbrush, the bristles are too soft for me, so I need to change the toothbrush pretty often. but is worth it for the sake of the planetI was so pleased with these toothbrushes. They work just as well as any other toothbrush in my opinion. I think the bristles might get splayed out slightly faster but I need to change my toothbrush more often anyway. I like how it's just bamboo with nylon bristles; I feel like there's not all sorts of other junk that could be getting microplastics into my kids' mouths and when I'm done with it I don't feel bad tossing it in the trash; I figure it will decompose much better than the typical toothbrush. But I REALLY like the little bamboo toothbrush holder that comes with it, so much that I bought a second box just to get a second holder! The brushes seem to be of good quality. My children haven’t used them yet but we are looking forward to it. My only suggestion would be that they be all white or lighter in color or even natural color bristle unless they are recycled. I know that the color won’t harm because they are on the tooth brush, meaning they don’t ingest the product. I just wonder if the dyes are biodegradable. They are very sturdy. I also wonder if you could use less wood and still not compromise the product.Great toothbrush but very small. My kids are 5 & 7 and I want them to transition to bamboo and I think these are too small for this age group. Since I now have 12 brushes they can use them but will get bigger bamboo handle tooth brush next time.I bought the kids’ bamboo toothbrushes for my granddaughters because I want to help cut down in their ubiquitous exposure to plastic. I bought them after buying a 10-pack adult set fo myself. The non-plastic (nylon) bristles are soft and the bamboo “housing”/handle was my goal to eliminate just one more toxic plastic item in my life - especially sticking in my mouth at least twice a day.Great tooth brush for the kids, handles are a perfect size and nice smooth finish, only down side is that the bristles them selves are easily damaged so if chewed on at all by the little ankle biters the brush doesn't last long
